T’Keyah Adams was born September 17, 1992. Adams took her first theater class her eigth grade year, and continued her sophomore year in high school on up, playing in shows and working back stage for shows such as “Faith County”, “Blythe Spirit”, and “Frankie and Eddie”. Adams enjoys spending her time writing novels, short stories, and scripts. During her senior year in highschool she wrote a short play called “Frankie and Eddie”; a comedy about two twin brothers living in the time of 1959. That same year, it was staged in front of a live audience at Crowley High School. . “I went in for an audition not expecting to get a part at all in the show, but once I got a call back I jolted. The experience to work outside of school is phenomenal, and I cannot describe the joys of working with such talented people. This will always be a meaningful episode of my life,” Adams remarked about the Plaza theater. She hopes to continue doing more shows at the theater and other theaters as well.
