Giving

How do I become a donor?

You can donate online, at the box office, or by mail. We accept all major credit cards. To give over the phone, call the box office at 817-202-0600.

Can I dedicate my donation to someone else?

Tribute gifts are handled by the box office. Call us at 817-202-0600 and we will record your gift in honor or in memory of the person you name, and arrange an acknowledgement card to them or their family.

Can I cancel a donation?

Donations are non-refundable once they have been received and processed.

Taxes and the nonprofit

Is there a tax benefit for my donation?

Yes. Plaza Theatre Company is a 501(c)(3) organization, listed with the IRS as Cleburne Performing Arts Foundation, so your donation is tax-deductible. You may contact the IRS for any additional information regarding your gift.

What is your IRS designation and tax identification number?

We are filed with the IRS as a 501(c)(3) under Cleburne Performing Arts Foundation, d/b/a Plaza Theatre Company. Our tax identification number (TIN) is 13-4335970, and we were incorporated in 2006.

How is my donation used?

Donations support our production of quality, family-friendly theatre, arts education for youth, and programming for special needs students.

Privacy and security

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes. Plaza Theatre Company uses current encryption technology to keep your card and personal information safe while it is processed.

Card numbers are never kept in our system.

What do you do with my name, address, and email?

Plaza Theatre Company has the utmost respect for your personal information. We do not share or sell any personal information, including contact information, with outside organizations, and we use your information only to contact you regarding Theatre business.
