KRISTIN SPIRES

Borrowing the words of the fabulous Dolly, Kristin "is overjoyed” at the opportunity to make her performance debut at the award-winning Plaza Theatre! Most recently at Plaza she music directed ANNIE GET YOUR GUN and was magically projected as Cinderella's Mother in INTO THE WOODS. Favorite musical theatre roles include Rita La Porta in LUCKY STIFF, Mrs. Lovett in SWEENEY TODD, Mother Abbess in THE SOUND OF MUSIC, and Rona Lisa Peretti in THE 25TH ANNUAL…SPELLING BEE. Some of her FWOpera roles include Sister Lilianne in DEAD MAN WALKING, Kate Pinkerton in MADAMA BUTTERFLY, and The Peasant Mother in the world premiere of BEFORE NIGHT FALLS. Kristin is a Voice Professor in the Theatre Dept. of Texas Wesleyan University. Special thanks to the best sons a mother could have, Brendan and Nicholas, who learn all the lines and songs right along with her and could probably fill in for any role in any show she's done!

Susan Metzger is so elated to make her first appearance here at The Plaza Theatre. Susan's first job straight out of Baylor was as a DJ at KCLE right here in Cleburne!! Since then she has been everything from a charm school instructor to a flight attendant...and she now takes every spare opportunity (and there are not many,) to perform all over the metroplex! Susan is blessed to be married to the love of her life, Rob. They have two daughters, Madeline (17) and Susannah (15), who both just happen to be triple threats and all around fantastic girls! They are super involved at Fielder Road Baptist in Arlington. Susan dedicates this show to her very own Dolly Levi...her mother, Linda Stovall! After years of loving care for my wonderful father during his illness...she has "rejoined the human race" in a way that has amazed and blessed everyone around her! "BEFORE THE PARADE PASSES BY!!"

You may also remember him as Doolittle (Eliza's Father) in MY FAIR LADY, Maurice (Belle's father) in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and Clem (Will's father) in WILL ROGER'S FOLLIES. Do you see a pattern? Jay currently serves as president of the Cleburne Carnegie Players. Favorite roles include Tevye, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF; Arthur, CAMELOT; Rev. Shaw, FOOTLOOSE and Ben Franklin, 1776. During the day, Jay plays a 'Principal' role at Gerard Elementary. Kisses, a dozen roses and a standing ovation for his supporting wife, Shauna.

Reecea is Office Manager for a firm in Arlington, TX that brokers amusement rides imported from Italy. She is married to the most wonderful and amazing man she's ever met, Doyle Henderson. She is crazy in love with him, their four grown children, and 4 grandchildren. Reecea loves working with the youth at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cleburne, TX. She also enjoys sewing, family history, crochet, and organic gardening.

Caleb Gentry is rather excited to be in his first show at Plaza: you finally won Stephen! Caleb has been a part of many shows at other community theaters such as CATS where he was a part of multiple shows such as playing Bert in IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE, playing X-Ray in HOLES, and many forays into the backstage as Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager on multiple occasions. Caleb also played A-Rab in Artisan Center Theater's production of WEST SIDE STORY, which is his proudest achievement in a show thus far, but HELLO DOLLY is climbing the ladder fast! Caleb is a Championship level tennis player in Texas, and has been to state twice with his tennis team. He enjoys playing guitar, enjoys being a part of choir, and reading. He plans to graduate, go to college, play tennis for the school team, study electrical engineering, and serve his God in the very best way he can. God is and will always be the best thing that has ever happened to me. May everything I do be for His glory!

Most recently on stage as the orderly Wilson in HARVEY and as Farleigh in THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL which he also co-directed with his wife Tina. He's also enjoyed playing Will Rogers in WILL ROGERS FOLLIES, Cinderella's Prince in INTO THE WOODS and recently as Frank Butler in ANNIE GET YOUR GUN opposite the amazing Daron Cockerell. JaceSon just won a Column Award for Best Original Work for last season's A CHRISTMAS CAROL. When he's not at the theatre, JaceSon loves spoiling his 6 terrific children, watching classic movies and writing the occasional poem.

Joshua earned his Associates in Arts at Weatherford College in 2009 and at the young age of 20 will obtain his Bachelors Degree in Performance Arts from Texas Wesleyan University this December. HELLO, DOLLY will be his first appearance onstage for the Plaza Theatre Company, making it his 16th musical to date. He has appeared onstage in various roles ranging from William Morris Barfée in THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE to Jesus Christ in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. Joshua has accepted the role of Judah in Plaza's Summer production of JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT and will also be reprising his role of BROTHER LEE LOVE in Weatherford Stage Perfomers' Summer production of MONKY BUSINESS II: BACK IN THE SANDALS AGAIN!
