ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using Plaza Theatre Company's website, ticketing system, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
TICKET PURCHASES
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the event of a show cancellation by Plaza Theatre Company. In the case of cancellation, patrons may choose between a full refund to the original payment method or credit toward a future performance.
Plaza Theatre Company reserves the right to change performance dates, times, venues, or cast without notice. In the event of a significant schedule change, ticket holders will be notified and offered the option to exchange tickets or receive a refund.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes. Plaza Theatre Company reserves the right to cancel tickets that have been resold in violation of this policy.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled performance time. Late seating is at the discretion of house management and may be restricted until an appropriate break in the performance.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates issued by Plaza Theatre Company do not expire and may be redeemed for any ticket purchase or merchandise. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
SEASON TICKETS
Season ticket packages are non-refundable once purchased. Season ticket holders may exchange tickets for alternate performances of the same show, subject to availability. Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the original performance date.
USER ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with Plaza Theatre Company, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Plaza Theatre Company reserves the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe terms have been violated.
SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS notifications from Plaza Theatre Company. These messages may include:
- Two-factor authentication codes for account security
- Ticket purchase confirmations and receipts
- Show reminders (typically sent 24-48 hours before performances)
- Important notifications about schedule changes or cancellations
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your ticket purchases and account activity.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Plaza Theatre Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at our performances. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific ticket or service giving rise to the claim.
VENUE RULES
Patrons agree to comply with all venue rules and policies while attending performances. Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during performances. Plaza Theatre Company reserves the right to remove any patron who disrupts a performance or violates venue policies without refund.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Plaza Theatre Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Texas.
