is excited to be in his 4rd show here at PTC, and even more excited to be playing his dream role of Jack. He first debuted as a Wrangler in the season's opening WILL ROGERS FOLLIES, and stepped in as Zeke the suitor in SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS and was a Featured Dancer in ALL SHOOK UP. He is a Theatre Arts major at the University of North Texas and could not be happier. He has been seen before in the area through The Greater Cleburne Carnegie Player's productions as Lysander in A MIDSUMMER....DREAM and LeFou in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. He would like to thank the directors for this opportunity and his cast mates for being such wonderful people, along with his family for supporting him through the days of rehearsals and time away from home. In his first appearance at Plaza Theatre, Ben Phillips is playing one of his favorite roles in one of his favorite shows. Ben's previous roles include Hysterium in A FUNNY THING ... FORUM, Mister/Lee Randolph in SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE, Wadsworth in CLUE, Carl in LONELY PLANET, and Sweeney in SWEENEY TODD. Ben has twice participated in Texas Wesleyan University's Playmarket series of play readings in New York City, reading the roles of Juan Peron in THE BODY OF EVA PERON and The Vagrant in CERTIFICATE OF DEATH. Ben's voice can be heard in such animated series as MURDER PRINCESS, SHIGURUI, NABARI NO O, and ONE PIECE from FUNimation Entertainment. Much like his character, Ben never thought he could be so happy, and his heartfelt appreciation and gratitude go out to everyone involved in this outstanding production.

BURL PROCTOR

is a retired teacher, retired USAF pilot and Vietnam veteran. He has received numerous acting awards from various DFW theatrical organizations and European-American Forces Theater. He is a producer and actor in independent TV, commercial films/videos and dinner theater and has performed in sixteen different North Texas theaters. This is Burl's first appearance at Plaza but, hopefully, not his last, and is grateful to be among such talented people in such a truly exciting production company. Some of Burl's favorite roles include Nunzio in OVER THE RIVER AND THROUGH THE WOODS, Henry Drummond in INHERIT THE WIND, Julian Nortrup in ON BORROWED TIME, Atticus Finch in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, The Proprietor in ASSASSINS, Mr. Mushnik in LITTLE SHOP OF HORROS, Gov. is delighted to be on stage at the Plaza! Hailing from Ft. Worth, she has performed theatre and opera across Canada and the US. A graduate of Queen's University in Ontario with studies in theatre and classical music, she is thrilled at the chance to play such a fantastic role with such a supportive and talented cast. Previous roles include Berta in IL BARBIERE DI SIVIGLIA, the title role in CARMEN, the mother in THE CONSUL, Petra in A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, and the messenger in MEDEA (for which she was an Irene Ryan scholarship region VI finalist). Other performances include roles in TAMING OF THE SHREW, and THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES. As her mother says, "... and then you're supposed to thank your mother for all she's done for you." ... yeah, thanks mom.

INTO THE WOODS is Courtney's fourth Plaza production, and she is absolutely thrilled to be a part of it. She loves the music. She loves the characters. She loves this show! And she can't wait for audience members to experience its magic. Previously on the Plaza stage, you may have spotted Courtney in THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE, STEEL MAGNOLIAS and ALL SHOOK UP. Off the stage, Courtney enjoys writing songs and writing novels. Actually, she enjoys writing anything and everything, and in turn, is a voracious reader. She hopes to one day see the far corners of the world as a guitar-playing minstrel. Courtney would like to thank her family for their support in her theatre endeavors and reassure them that she is, indeed, alive and well. Enjoy this marvelous show!

Daron is back again at Plaza after just performing as Natalie in ALL SHOOK UP. Recently, Daron has performed as Philia in Stolen Shakespeare Guild's A FUNNY THING...FORUM and Celeste #2 in Onstage's SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE. You may remember Daron from OTHER past Plaza shows including WILL ROGERS FOLLIES, MUSIC MAN, SINGIN' IN THE RAIN, AIDA and SEUSSICAL...to name a few. A graduate of Texas Christian University, she uses her Ad/Pr degree during the day before heading to the theatre. is making her first appearance at Plaza Theatre and is returning to one of her favorite Sondheim musicals. Deborah has been seen in numerous plays and musicals around the area and won a Column Award in 2009 for her portrayal of Beggar Woman in SWEENEY TODD at OnStage in Bedford. Her most recent role was as George's Mother and the Art Critic in SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE at OnStage. She sang in the Fort Worth Opera chorus for 6 years and is a voice instructor, music theatre coach, and choir director at a private school in Fort Worth. "So many shows; so little time."

JaceSon has long hoped to be a part of a production of INTO THE WOODS, and with this Plaza production of the show, his wish has come true. You might remember JaceSon as Will Rogers in WILL ROGERS FOLLIES or as Harold Hill in THE MUSIC MAN or as Uncle Stanley in SMOKE ON THE MOUNTAIN, all shows he dearly loved. He and his wife Tina also recently directed the Plaza hits SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS and ALL SHOOK UP. But his most favorite productions are his six kiddos, Tabitha, Parker, Cameron, Eden Grace, Miranda and newcomer JJ. Recently JaceSon was awarded "Best Featured Actor" and shared the honor of "Best Director, Musical" with his wife Tina in the 11th annual Column Awards. JaceSon's spare time hobbies include classic movies and Civil War trivia. He sends love and a promise to his pretty girl Tina.

Playing the role of Cinderella's Father in INTO THE WOODS marks Jay's 10th Plaza show. Jay was just seen in ALL SHOOK UP as Jim Haller, Natalie's father. You may also remember him as Doolittle (Eliza's Father) in MY FAIR LADY and Maurice (Belle's father) in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. Do you see a pattern? Jay currently serves as president of the Cleburne Carnegie Players. Favorite roles include Tevye, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF; Arthur, CAMELOT; Clem, WILL ROGER'S FOLLIES and Ben Franklin, 1776. During the day, Jay plays a "Principal"'role at Gerard Elementary. Kisses, a dozen roses and a standing ovation for his supporting wife, Shauna.

Jaye studied dance at the University of Washington and worked for two years as a professional cheerleader for the Arena Football League. Kyle is glad to be returning to his home away from home after a short break to get hitched. That's one hot Granny isn't she?? Kyle was most recently seen in THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE in the role of Jimmy Smith. Other favorite roles on the Plaza stage include David-Bob (BEAU JEST), Don Lockwood (SINGIN' IN THE RAIN), Radames (AIDA), Clive (SEE HOW THEY RUN), Tom (MAN...POINTED TOES), Curly (OKLAHOMA!), Linus (CHARLIE BROWN), and of course the beloved Mervin Oglethorpe several times over in the SMOKE ON THE MOUNTAIN series. He has enjoyed other roles across the metroplex such as John/Judas (GODSPELL), the Duke (BIG RIVER), and most recently Seymour Krelborn (LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS) at the Repertory Company Theatre of Richardson where he met his beautiful bride. After INTO THE WOODS, Kyle plans to take another short break to focus on film work with Megan and live as a newlywed. As always, it's his utmost pleasure to spend such quality time with his Plaza family!

Stacey is excited to be working again with Plaza Theatre Company. You may have seen her most recently as Mrs. Fitzgerald in CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN right here on this very stage. Stacey has a BFA in theatre performance from UT Arlington. She has been seen treading the boards in such roles as Titania/Hyppolyta in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM with the Carnegie Players, Mrs. Potter in TOM, DICK, AND HARRY at Pocket Sandwich Theatre, and Ms. Shields in A CHRISTMAS STORY at Theatre Arlington. She is currently working as the costume designer/assistant director of ROMEO AND JULIET with the Carnegie Players. She has always been told what a big voice she has and is happy to be using it as the Giant. When not at a theatre, she enjoys reading to her boys, knitting, and spinning on her Asford Traditional spinning wheel. "Thanks to Aaron for giving me the opportunity to be in this great show!"

holds a Bachelor of Arts in music from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. While at HSU, she accompanied the Concert Choir, Collegiate Opera Program, Children's Operas and countless vocal and instrumental students for degree recitals, competitions and performances. She has been the music assistant, rehearsal accompanist and pianist for musical theatre productions including SOUND OF MUSIC, WIZARD OF OZ, and MUSIC MAN. Most recently, she was the musical director for THE 25TH ANNUAL...SPELLING BEE at Northwood University and FUNNY THING...FORUM with Stolen Shakespeare Guild. She serves as the full time pianist at Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church in Weatherford, TX, accompanies for UIL Competitions in the Metroplex and performs at various parties, receptions and functions. She also works with students as the collaborative pianist at Studio Bella Voce in Fort Worth. Rebecca is very excited to work with so many talented musicians and actors in her first show at Plaza!
