STACEY GREENAWALT KING
(Jolene)
Stacey is honored to be part of another show at PTC! She was chomped by the stage bug at age ten when she played Michael Jackson in a neighborhood production of "Thiller." Over the next ten years she became a hard core theatre geek, but grown-up life pulled her away from the stage for *mumblecough* years. Eventually her family got sick of hearing her lament about wanting to get back to the stage and urged her to shut up and audition already! So she did. Since then she has appeared in nearly a dozen area productions, eight of those at PTC. Most recently she was seen in a 'dream' role as Fruma Sarah in Granbury Theatre Company's FIDDLER ON THE ROOF.
When she's not rehearsing or performing, Stacey has a really wonderful full-time side job as a Supported Employment Specialist with Goodwill. She's also an accomplished artist, professional photographer, published author, mom to two fabulous teens (love you!), and shower show-tune diva extraordinaire.
