Bradley McKinney is an Alumni of Tarleton State University who graduated with a Bachelors of Music in 2016. He has performed with the Fine Arts at Tarleton in several such as Uncle Max in SOUND OF MUSIC, Charlie Brown in GOODMAN CHARLIE BROWN and the Narrator from the children’s show SIR GAWAIN... GREEN KNIGHT.
Until recently, Bradley has started to perform again with getting roles as the Prince in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at the Granbury Opera House and St. Aphrodisius in HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME with PlazaCo. Bradley is ‘12 feet in the air’ over another opportunity to perform with PlazaCo and cannot wait to see what else is in the near future!

Originally from Minnesota, Michelle graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2016 with a degree in Musical Theatre. She currently lives in the DFW area with her best friend, Howard, her 2 year old dog. Some of Michelle’s recent performances include; Esmeralda, THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME, Heather Chandler, HEATHERS, Brenda, SMOKEY JOES CAFE, Val, A CHORUS LINE, and many more. Landon is so thankful to be doing his third main stage performance with Plaza Theatre Company! He has gladly been with Plaza for over 7, ever since his first main stage performance of JOSEPH...DREAMCOAT as the ensemble. He has been doing productions with Plaza Studio for several years. He has performed as a Wickersham Brother in SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL JR and also as Benjamin in JOSEPH...DREAMCOAT. Some of his most favorite roles have been Lesgles in LES MISERABLES and a principle dancer in THE MUSIC MAN. Landon is so very grateful for the friendships that have strengthened in this cast and he has created new friendships that are sure to last a lifetime. He is also very thankful to his parents for supporting his ambitions for theatre and driving him down to rehearsal time and time again. Pearce was last seen on the Plaza stage as Joe Harper in BIG RIVER. He is delighted to be working with JaceSon and the boys again in one of his all-time favorite musicals! Recent film/theatre credits include Gavin in ALMOST & AWAY, Dalton in MOM GOGGLES 2, Johnny Cade in THE OUTSIDERS, and Huckleberry Finn in TOM SAWYER. In addition to stage performing, Pearce is a Master student at Cathryn Sullivan's Acting for Film studio and studies music and media arts at Travis Academy of Fine Arts. He enjoys screenwriting and directing short films and is also excited to be joining the TAFA Worship Band this fall. Pearce is a homeschool junior and plans to pursue film acting and production post high school. He is currently represented by the Kim Dawson Agency. Stephen absolutely loves West Side Story; Riff is one of his favorite characters. He was last seen here at Plaza as the suave and despicable Rooster Hannigan in ANNIE. Some of his favorite roles include: the very energetic Cosmo Brown in SINGIN' IN THE RAIN, and the rich, love-sick LUCENTIO in TAMING OF THE SHREW, where he got to play opposite his Fiancee. After Graduating from UTA with a Bachelors in Music composition and theory, Stephen teaches dance part time in Arlington, reads, and writes music when he is not doing theatre. Stephen is very grateful to have the time to be apart of the Plaza family. Additionally, Emma looks forward to spending her summers each year as a camp counselor with Plaza Academy where she exhibits her passion for sharing the power of musical theatre with children attending the academy's youth summer camps. Having just graduated from Trinity Valley School, Emma plans on attending the University of Texas at Austin this year to study chemistry. Though this means she must say goodbye to the Plaza stage for a while, she knows the memories she has made here will last her a lifetime.

From the time she was very little, Brisa would act out the dramatic scenes from all her favorite shows. She has always been fascinated by the underdogs and rebels in every story, so playing the role of a gang member’s girlfriend is right up her alley!!! Brisa has danced for most of her life and loves to incorporate dancing into her performances. She specializes in ballet, pointe, jazz, and swing dancing. Brisa has previously performed in school productions of Annie and Aladdin. This is her first time performing on the Plaza stage and hopes that it will be the first of many.

is a junior at Christian Life Preparatory School. She is delighted to return to the Plaza stage after her last performance as a gypsy dancer in ZORRO: THE MUSICAL. You may have seen her here at Plaza years ago as Annie in ANNIE, Miriam in DEAR RUTH, and a Bird Girl in SEUSSICAL. Rachel has also performed the role of Mary Lennox in SECRET GARDEN with Granbury Theatre Company, and she has performed with Casa Mañana and the Fort Worth Opera. In addition to theatre, Rachel enjoys competitive Irish dance. She recently achieved the level of Open Champion and will soon be competing at the North American Irish Dance Championships in Orlando. Her many other passions include competing on her school Youth and Government team, ballet, playing piano, learning math and science, painting, and making costumes. She just finished her freshman year at GHS and is Co-Captain of the GHS Varsity Cheer team. Joshua has previously been involved in THE PROMISE in Glen Rose, Texas from 2007-2010 and 2015-2017 where he played various roles including ensemble member, a disciple, and a Promise Dancer. Joshua just finished his final semester at Hill College and will be attending The University of Texas at Dallas in August where he will study biology pre-med. Mikki Lewis is thrilled to have been a part of this beautiful production with Plaza! Mikki was introduced to musical theatre at the age of 12 when she auditioned for CINDERELLA and was given the lead role. Since she was a child, singing was her passion. She discovered later on in life that dancing and acting would also be listed in that category. Other roles Mikki has played were Alice in ALICE IN WONDERLAND and Little Red in INTO THE WOODS. After graduating from Keller Central High School in 2016, she decided a University wasn't ideal. Instead, persuing her dreams in the performing arts. Mikki married her high school sweetheart, Zachary Lewis, in 2017. Both have talented musical abilities and hope to use them together as a career in the near future!

BUD GILLETT

Bud is pleased to be performing in his third Plaza Theatre Company production, having recently played President Franklin Roosevelt in ANNIE and as the barbershop-singing Olin Britt in THE MUSIC MAN. This show lets Bud come full circle, as he first cut his teeth on Broadway musicals playing trumpet in the orchestra for a WEST SIDE STORY production at the Franke Park Outdoor Theater in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was later in Franke Park orchestras for CAMELOT, GYPSY, and THE KING AND I before turning his attention full time to television news. Dallas-Fort Worth TV viewers may recognize Bud from his 37 years as an on-the-scene reporter for Fox 4 News and CBS 11 News. Bud would like to say, "Thanks to my wife, who encourages me to be part of the community theater scene in Cleburne, and also to the PlazaCo family for their patience and support."

Theater is a passionate subject for Christopher, a lifelong artist. After over 20 years away from the stage, he recently completed a run as Charlie Cowell in The Music Man right here at the Plaza, followed shortly after by this run of West Side Story. When he is not at the easel, or writing, or rehearsing lines, he is a Communications and Design professor at Southwestern Adventist University, and a managing principal at TransFiscal Productions, an arthouse film company. He and wife Gerri (his soulmate since 1990) have a gorgeous family, stretching from Cleburne to Seattle, and interests ranging from travel & leisure to dining & entertainment.

Jacob is excited to return to the Plaza Theatre Company stage after a 7 year hiatus. In December of 2016, Jacob received a bachelors degree in music education from Tarleton State University and has moved back to the area to pursue his career in teaching elementary music. His previous musical roles include playing Zebulon and the Baker in JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT at Plaza Theatre Company and Shrek in SHREK THE MUSICAL at Tarleton State Univeristy.

Rodney is excited to continue his time on the Plaza stage. Most recently at Plaza Theatre Rodney was seen as Nathan/Boo Radley in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD. Other previous shows with Plaza Theatre Company include ANNIE, HAIRSPRAY, ANNE OF GREEN GABLES, THE LITTLE MERMAID and SINGING IN THE RAIN. Elsewhere Rodney has performed in CABARET, HELLO DOLLY and TWELFTH NIGHT. Rodney would like to thank his directors for this wonderful opportunity! Braedon is honored to be a part of this fantastic production. His performance credits include 101 Dalmations, Suessical The Musical Jr., Charlie Brown's Christmas, Junie B. Jones, Alice and Wonderland, To Kill A Mockingbird, and Lion King Jr. all with the amazing Plaza Academy. When he is not acting, Braedon enjoys being a part of his school's show choir, playing drums, and hunting with his Papa Cows. Braedon has been a part of Plaza Academy for two years and will be attending The Junior Theater Festival in January. He believes he has truly found his passion. While Brae loves his theater family, his all time favorite role is being a big brother to Ramsey, Kaemon, and Mariah!

JaceSon and Tina Barrus have been directing shows together for decades and are pleased to bring a wealth of experience to the direction of WEST SIDE STORY. Past directing collaborations include WILL ROGERS FOLLIES, JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT and AIDA for which they received the Column Award Best Direction of a Musical non-Equity. Tina holds down the Education Direction at Plaza Academy while JaceSon is PlazaCo's Artistic Director as their day jobs but they love directing together as well. They feel very honored to be directing such a phenomenal cast and working with such an incredible creative team on WEST SIDE STORY.

Lindsay is excited to be working on her 12th production at PlazaCo. She is happy to be stage managing WEST SIDE STORY, as it has a special place in her heart, being the first musical she ever stage managed 22 shows ago.Lindsay has stage managed many shows around the D/FW area, with some of her favorites being HUNCHBACK, HAIRSPRAY, RAGTIME, WEST SIDE STORY, MAN OF LAMANCHA, THE ADDAMS FAMILY, JOSEPH...DREAMCOAT, and BIG RIVER. Lindsay is a multiple COLUMN AWARD Winner and is also on the Board of Directors for THE COLUMN AWARDS. In her ever-shrinking free time she can be found at the ballpark watching her Texas Rangers. Monica is so excited to be working on this amazing show again. She staged managed the camp show in 2016 and was blown away at the amazing performance of the cast. She has appeared in many Plaza main stage shows such as 42ND Street (Phyllis), MUSIC MAN (Ethel), THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE (Ruth), and many ensemble roles in ZORRO, ADAMS FAMILY AND CRAZY FOR YOU. She loves performing but also loves being behind the scenes. She won a Column Award for Stage Management for AIDA and has staged managed many shows over the years. This is Luke's 41st production with Plaza Theatre Company. He has appeared as an actor most recently in the role of Atticus Finch and serving as fight choreographer in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD. He has been a fight choreographer for the Plaza productions of THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL, CAMELOT, HAMLET, both the 2011 and 2017 productions of TREASURE ISLAND, as well as productions of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at both Plaza Theatre Company and Granbury Theatre Company. He is the Theatre Arts Director at Alvarado High School and is a co-owner of Dance Across Cleburne with his wife, Rachel. His next assignment with Plaza is directing Cleburne Shakespeare in the Park’s production of A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM.
