It’s not often you will find Kevin reprising a role, but Matthew Cuthbert is his absolute favorite character! Wow! What an honor it is to be a part of this amazing production. Kevin is a veteran actor and director here at PTC, a member of the Plaza 20 Club, as well as the recipient of the Column Award for Best Director (Non-Equity) in 2019 for TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD. Favorite roles include Frollo in HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME, Constable Joe in TUCK EVERLASTING, Polonius in Shakespeare’s HAMLET, and any other role which made you smile. Evelyn feels performing at Plaza is always an honor and true joy. Evelyn’s debut performance at Plaza was as Molly in ANNIE in 2017. Other Plaza roles include, Jane Banks in MARY POPPINS, Pollyanna in POLLYANNA, and Lavender in MATILDA. At GTC she enjoyed playing Michael in ELF, Tiny Tim in A CHRISTMAS CAROL, and the Coroner in The WIZARD OF OZ. Evelyn attends WCS where is active in theatre and is a Cheerleader. She is a flautist and also a student at Sing for Joy Studio, Dance Dreams Academy, Plaza Theatre Academy, and GTA. She looks forward to attending JTF Sacramento early next year with GTA. Kylie was last seen in CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG as a member of the dance corps, OLIVER, CINDERELLA, and ELF the MUSICAL at Plaza Theatre Company and has performed other roles such as Pollyanna in POLYANNA, Matilda Wormwood in MATILDA THE MUSICAL and Carrie Ingalls in LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE, all at PlazaCo. Some of her favorite roles include Junie B Jones in JUNIE B JONES JR. at Theatre Arlington as well as Susan Waverly in WHITE CHRISTMAS, Young Elsa in FROZEN JR, and the Ghost of Christmas Past in CHRISTMAS CAROL at PlazaCo. She attended the Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta, GA in January with the Senior Company from Plaza Academy where they won an Outstanding Production award as well as the Freddy G. She also plays the flute in her middle school band and stays active on different sports teams at her school. PlazaCo was founded at almost the very same time that Miranda was born so the theater has been her second home since she was a baby. She has loved playing Mary Lennox in THE SECRET GARDEN, Junie B. Jones in JUNIE B. JONES JR. and Scout Finch in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD for which she received the Best Actress Column Award (non-Equity) in 2018. She is also the fifth of seven Barrus children. As much as she loves performing she also loves choreographing such shows as TUCK EVERLASTING, assistant choreographer for MARY POPPINS, SEUSSICAL KIDS, and JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH JR. Ruth is excited to be back on the plaza stage for this beautiful show. Her most recent Plaza main stage performance was as Winnie Foster in TUCK EVERLASTING. She was also seen as Chava in the award winning Plaza Senior Company production of FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, JR for which she was awarded All Star performer at the Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta. Other favorite roles at Plaza include Matilda Wormwood in MATILDA the MUSICAL, Amaryllis in THE MUSIC MAN, and Molly in ANNIE. Around the DFW metroplex she recently reprised her role as Matilda in Weatherford College's production of Matilda, Jr. Additional favorite roles include Brigitta in THE SOUND OF MUSIC and Sprintze in FIDDLER at Granbury Theatre Company, and Kate in ANNIE and Hortensia in MATILDA the MUSICAL at Casa Manana. She has also played several roles at Plaza Main Street including Ursula in THE LITTLE MERMAID JR.; Taylor in HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 2; and Elsa in FROZEN JR. Jazzy is looking forward to performing at Dudley again later this year as Anna in Plaza’s 2022 production of FROZEN JR. This summer Ayvrie was on a podcast called Turner Syndrome Talk and Tea , sharing her story and spreading awareness about Turner syndrome. Tabitha is overjoyed to be bringing this adaptation of Anne of Green Gables to the Dudley Hall stage- it’s a dream come true! Tabitha is a director, playwright, choreographer, musical theatre and voice teacher, and a current student at Berklee College of Music. Some favorite projects include ANNE OF GREEN GABLES in 2017 (for which she won a Column Award for Best Director of a Play), NEWSIES THE MUSICAL, WEST SIDE STORY, POLLYANNA, and THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL, to name just a few. Tabitha sends her love to her vocal students who take up much of her time and heart. Of all her many roles and responsibilities, she most prizes that of mom to Gemma&Nova and wife to Saul. She hopes you enjoy the show and that you, too, can find in Anne a “kindred spirit.”

Freddy is exceedingly exceptionally extraordinarily excited to be Assistant Directing with Tabitha again for his 20th show at Plaza Theatre! He has just come from playing Audrey 2 in LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS at the Granbury Theatre Company. Prior to that, he directed ONE FOR THE POT for Plaza Theatre Company. You will next see him in "Self-Checkout: A Walmart Musical" where he will play the only open kiosk, but it only accepts cash.

Carlo is originally from Los Angeles, CA, but now works all over TX as a fight director, intimacy director, and teaching artist. He has studied both Martial Arts and Stage Combat for over 20 years, is a video game/comic book-loving nerd, and father of three. Carlo is co-founder of the stage combat organization SCDallas, LLC, recognized by the Society of American Fight Directors (SAFD) as an Advanced Actor Combatant proficient in Theatrical Firearms Safety, and is also a Consent Educator who has trained with Intimacy Directors International, Intimacy Directors and Coordinators, and Heartland Intimacy Design. His range of work has been seen on The History Channel, the Hollywood Bowl, the House of Blues, Winspear Opera House, and more. Carlo is super excited to collaborate once again with the Plaza team and the amazing talent therein.

Cessany is thrilled to be back at Plaza for her 29th show! She has stage managed/assistant stage managed over 60 productions with credits from Plaza, Granbury Theatre Company, Theatre Arlington, FortWorth Opera, and San Diego Opera. Cessany graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a bachelor's in theatre and did some continuing education at TCU. Some of her favorite roles include Anytime Annie in 42ND STREET at PlazaCo, Crystal in LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS at Granbury Theatre Company, and the Shoemakers Elf in SHREK at PlazaCo.
