has been active for many years throughout the DFW area as an actor, opera singer, and music director, but some of her favorite performances have been right here on the Plaza stage. You may remember her as Maria in THE SOUND OF MUSIC, Marian in THE MUSIC MAN, Betty in WHITE CHRISTMAS, and the title role in MARY POPPINS. She is also very proud of her work as music director for THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME, for which she won a Column Award. Other favorite roles include Baker’s Wife in INTO THE WOODS, Mabel in PIRATES OF PENZANCE, Guenevere in CAMELOT, Amalia in SHE LOVES ME, and Luisa in ZORRO THE MUSICAL. Most recently, Meredith was privileged to create the role of Delia in the premiere of the children’s opera, STONE SOUP with the Fort Worth Opera. Much love to Tyson, her husband of 25 years!

Kian is excited to be making his acting debut on the Plaza Co. stage. He asked his parents to try out with Plaza after seeing Plaza's production of "FROZEN JR." He enjoys soccer, horseback riding, building Legos, spending time with family and traveling in his spare time. He continues the acting legacy of his great-grandfather Efrain Berrios who played "Pan Doblao" a comedic character in TV productions and directed shows as well in Puerto Rico. Kian has also been casted to play the role of Sebastian for the upcoming Plaza Co. "LITTLE MERMAID JR" production in the Spring. He would like to say thanks to his family and friends for their continual support, especially to his parents for encouraging him to explore this newfound love for performing arts. Her next show is going to be in Sister Act at Theatre Arlington. Other than performing Takara is also an activist in her community and on her social platforms. Bud is pleased to be ho-ho-hoing as Santa Claus in ELF, THE MUSICAL. Bud has been on the Plaza stage as FDR in ANNIE, the barbershop-singing Olin Britt in THE MUSIC MAN, Doc in WEST SIDE STORY, Jacob in JOSEPH...DREAMCOAT, and recently as Mr. Laurence in the musical LITTLE WOMEN. Bud has also appeared across town with the Greater Cleburne Carnegie Players in THE FOREIGNER, THE HOMECOMING, and in this summer's productions of FARCE OF HABIT and DEARLY BELOED. Long time local television news viewers will remember Bud from his 37-years as an on-camera reporter for Fox 4 News and CBS 11 News. And he can occasionally still be seen on TV in reruns of WALKER, TEXAS RANGER and THE FORENSIC FILES. When not rehearsing he's the full time mentor to canine buddies Rascal and Boo, who he'd like to thank for being "Good Dogs" so he can perform in PlazaCo's wonderful shows.

She has stage managed over 60 productions with credits from Plaza, Granbury Theatre Company, Theatre Arlington, Fort Worth Opera, and San Diego Opera. While Cessany’s typical role is behind the scenes, she is excited to share the stage with her husband and the rest of this talented cast. Cessany graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a bachelors in theatre and did some continuing education at TCU. Some of her favorite roles include Anytime Annie in 42ND STREET at PlazaCo, Crystal in LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS at Granbury Theatre Company, and the Shoemakers Elf in SHREK at PlazaCo. “Thank you to all of our pets for not destroying the house and dealing with wonky schedules!”

Recently you may have seen Caelin as Amy March in LITTLE WOMEN or Deorwynn in SHERWOOD THE ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD at Plaza, but some of her favorite past productions and roles have been Anna in FROZEN JR, as the Mad Hatter in ALICE IN WONDERLAND, in the SOUND OF MUSIC, and as an actress and assistant director in VIRTUAL ISOLATION, a devised play about the quarantine experience. Caelin is currently a Triple Threat student at Casa Mañana, a dancer at RISE Performing Arts Center, and a vocal student under Melinda Imthurn.

Kylie recently concluded the role of Pollyanna in POLYANNA at Plaza Theatre Company and has also performed the roles of Matilda in MATILDA THE MUSICAL and Carrie Ingalls in LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE, both at PlazaCo. Some of her favorite roles include Junie B Jones in JUNIE B JONES JR. at Theatre Arlington as well as Susan Waverly in WHITE CHRISTMAS, Young Elsa in FROZEN JR, and the Ghost of Christmas Past in CHRISTMAS CAROL, all at PlazaCo. Kylie is active in Show Choir as well as Varsity Choir at her school and is currently preparing to attend the Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta, GA with the Senior Company from Plaza Academy. You may recognize her from previous roles such as Louise in ALWAYS PATSY CLINE and Ouiser in STEEL MAGNOLIAS. She loves sharing the stage with her husband of 39 years, Jay. He does not smell like sausage and cheese! They would both like to thank everyone for prayers and support provided during their Covid experience. The only thing they are suffering from now is pandemic pounds! They would like to remind everyone about the lifesaving opportunity given by Carter Blood. Donating blood makes you a hero to someone! Jaidan is 12 years old and loves to draw, write, read and sing. He is the oldest of his 3 siblings and enjoys his days being homeschooled so he can work at his own pace. It allows him time to focus on the things he really loves doing, which is rapping, creating music, creating drawing videos for YouTube and doing gymnastics. When he grows up, he wants to create hip hop music and be a performer.
Jaidan's first play was this past summer where he was Kristoff in FROZEN Jr. He is also currently rehearsing for another play, LITTLE MERMAID Jr. where he will play Prince Eric.
He hopes to perform in future plays as he gets more experience on the stage.

Carlo J. Aceytuno is originally from Los Angeles, CA, but now lives in Dallas, TX, where he is a local fight director and action choreographer. He has studied both Martial Arts and Stage Combat for over 20 years. A video game/comic book-loving nerd and father of three, Carlo is co-founder of the stage combat organization SCDallas, LLC. He has been recognized by the Society of American Fight Directors (SAFD) as an Advanced Actor Combatant and as proficient in Theatrical Firearms Safety. Carlo is also an Intimacy Director and Consent Educator who has trained with Intimacy Directors International and Intimacy Directors and Coordinators (idcprofessionals.com). His range of work has been seen on The History Channel, the Hollywood Bowl, the House of Blues, Winspear Opera House, and more. Carlo is happy to once again work with PlazaCo and all the talented professionals therein.
